Program administrators can add an existing registered user in SIMPL as Fellow to their program with the ability to rate trainees. From the SIMPL Web Platform, https://www.simpl-platform.org/ follow these steps:


1. Under the Users tab, click the Add User Button. That will take you to the New User Invitation Screen. Enter the details of the user you are looking to add to your program and then click submit. Note: Program admins will not see whether an attending is already in the SIMPL system until they complete this step.



2. Select the User, verify the role is correct and then click Add existing user to Program.



3. The "Updated Program Memberships" confirmation message will appear and that user is now listed in your program and you will be taken back to the Users page.
