Program administrators can invite Fellows to their Residency Program to be able to rate trainees in SIMPL by following these instructions:

1. Login to the SIMPL Admin site

2. Click on the Add User Button on the Users Screen

3. New User Invitation page will appear.

4. Add the person's first name, last name and select their role of Clinician. Once Clinician is selected, a new question prompt will appear: "Is this user a trainee in your program about whom you would like to collect assessments?". For a fellow to evaluate a trainee, please select "No". 

You will also be prompted to complete the "Job Title" field. For Fellows, please enter "Fellow."

Note: Fellows who are going to be rating Trainees, DO NOT require a SIMPL LearnID.

5. Click Submit. An email to the email address you entered will be sent inviting that person to register a SIMPL Account.
