Only assessments from attendings are visible in the trainee's CCC report. The trainee's user report indicates the number of assessments completed by that trainee regardless of whether or not the attending has completed the associated assessment. 

For example, a trainee might complete 20 self-assessments, but if attendings have only completed 5 assessments for that trainee, the CCC report will only reflect those 5 attending assessments. 

It is also important to note that the time window selected also dictates the number of reports shown.
