The User (activity) Report displays only trainees and attendings who have sent or received an assessment during the selected date range. If an attending or trainee has not requested an assessment and they have not been sent an assessment to complete during the specified date range, their name will not appear in the list of users on the page.

Please note: When the User Reports web page loads, the default "To Date" is the current day and the default "From Date" is one month prior to today's date. Only users who have requested an assessment or have received an assessment in that time range will appear. Both the "To Date" and "From Date" are adjustable.
