Program administrators can add an Attending or a Program Administrator who is already registered in the SIMPL system and associated with a different program to their own program's roster.  From the SIMPL Web Platform, https://simpl-platform.org follow these steps:


1. Under the Users tab, click the Add User Button. That will take you to the New User Invitation Screen. Enter the details of the user you are looking to add to your program and then click submit. Note: Program admins will not see whether an attending is already in the SIMPL system until they complete this step.
                                                          

2. Select the User and click Add existing user to Program.

                                       


3. The "Updated Program Memberships" confirmation message will appear and that user is now listed in your program.
