Program administrators can update the e-mail address of users (registered or unregistered) in their program from the administrative SIMPL site, https://simpl-platform.org with these steps:


  1. Click on the name of the person that needs updating in the users table. This will open the user's details screen.


  2. Click on the "Edit User" button in the user's details screen. This will open an editable version of the user's detail screen.
  3. Click on the "Edit Email" button in the user's details screen to update the users email address.


  4. Click "Save" once you have corrected the email address. If the user is Unregistered, the user will receive a email to register their account to the updated email account. If the user is registered, please alert the user that you've updated their email address so that they know to enter their updated email address into the login screen when next prompted.


  5. Changes made will be immediately and visible to Program Administrators once the browser is refreshed.
