To delete an EPA assessment from your home screen follow these instructions:

Find the assessment in question on your home screen and swipe left to reveal the trash icon.

2. Click on the Trash icon. A menu of options regarding why the assessment is to be declined will pop-up.

3. Select the correct option. Once selected the assessment will disappear from your home screen.

IMPORTANT: Deleting an assessment does not notify the user who assigned it to you. If an assessment was sent to you in error, we recommend reaching out to the sender directly to inform them.
