- Log into the SIMPL Bedside administrative website. By default, the User List page will load.
- Click on the Invite User button in the upper right corner of the User List page. The Invite User form will then display.
- Enter the individual's email address, first name, last name, and use the role drop down to select the appropriate role for the user. Select "User" if the individual is a trainee. Select "Program Administrator" if the individual is an administrator or leader of the program. Enter the individual's NPI and PGY, if appropriate.
- Click Submit. The invited individual will then receive an email to the email address you entered. The email will include a link where they can create their own SIMPL Bedside username and password. (example below)
Once the individual creates their own username and password, they will receive a second email with
instructions on how to access the SIMPL Bedside application and log into the SIMPL Bedside system.
