Every year the new residents enter and the returning residents go up a PGY. SIMPL tries to keep it easy to raise the PGY of your returning residents. 

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to the SIMPL Admin site.
  2. Click on the small box next to the name of the individual(s) you would like to advance.

  3. Click on the button at the top of the page. A confirmation dialogue box will appear asking if you want to increment the PGY of the selected trainees

  4. Click the “Confirm” button.

Hint: You can select all users on the current page by checking the box next to "FULL NAME"
